Postcolonial Perspectives on Aurality and the Politics of Listening" held at the Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg Institute for Advanced Study (HWK) from 4-6 May 2023, organized by Prof. Dr. Susanne Binas-Preisendörfer (Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg) and Prof. Dr. Florian Carl (University of Cape Coast, GHANA). The talk is entitled "Listening to Listening for Gender: Insights from Research on Trans* Vocality".
